industry. Without them, horse racing may soon die out
in Idaho.

that cater to Idaho’s horse people.
•Allowing lottery products in electronic format
at Idaho tracks will benefit the people of Idaho, and
will result in millions of dollars in added state revenues
that can be used to fund education and other valuble services
without a tax increase.
•Lottery products in electronic format at Idaho
pari-mutuel facilities will decrease the number of Idahoans
spending money at out-of-state facilities and non-taxed
Idaho casinos, and will enable reinvestment of that money
in Idaho.
•Allowing electronic lottery products at licensed
pari-mutuel facilities will increase permanent employment
at tracks and related industries.
•Lottery products in electronic format should be
limited to locations that already are licensed and highly
regulated by the state, and which have a track record
